Long time! I was just going through my old emails as I reminisced the times of Montreal a decade back and the tenants in my basement.

I hope life is treating you well. Are you back in the Toronto area or out west as I remember? Saskatchewan?

p.s. If you remember, you paid for a month’s extra worth of rent in Montreal. I know I thanked you then although you didn’t have to do that, but that was really a life saver man. I was in dire straits. It was an incredible gesture. I’ll never forget it. Thank you.
